My Story

I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember, and that passion for sports naturally shaped the way I looked at food, fitness, and recovery. Over time, what began as a simple interest turned into a deep dive into the science of nutrition. I wanted to understand why metabolic disorders are on the rise and how food could be the root cause, and the solution. That curiosity eventually led me to the Metabolic Health Diploma by Dlife, an NSDC partner program recognized across 50+ countries.
 

For the last 15 years, I’ve experimented with my own dietary lifestyle, testing what works, what doesn’t, and how nutrition can help bounce back even from sports injuries. For me, this is a lived experience. Inspired by Anup Singh’s pioneering work on metabolic health in India, I now coach people using structured, scientific, and sustainable methods. My philosophy is built on the 6 Rs: Right mix, Right proportion, Right time, Review, Revise, Repeat.
 

Alongside this journey, I’ve spent 9 years in the corporate world as a Project Manager. While it may sound far from nutrition, it taught me the value of processes, agility, and structured problem-solving, skills I now use to ensure that every client program is goal-oriented, practical, and results-driven.
 

When you work with me, you won’t find crash diets or quick fixes. You’ll find personalized nutrition plans, close guidance, and complete transparency, so the lifestyle changes we make together aren’t temporary; they last.
